Here is my painting for today, and this painting is about as boring as it can get. haha! But, I tried. I actually had a third ornament in there at one point, but I couldn’t get the shadows right and didn’t have time to fuss over it any longer. I might try again at another time.

Again, this is for my art course assignment.  I have to do a painting everyday for 2 weeks.  This one was rushed, but that’s okay.  Sometimes it’s nice to do quick studies.

One thing I’m learning is that I’m really bad at setting up the background.
